PTO Meetings

The Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) holds at least two meetings each month: a General Membership meeting and an Executive Board meeting.

Your presence at a PTO meeting can contribute to these positive outcomes for your family in several ways:

  1. Build a support network. PTO meetings provide a platform to connect with fellow parents and caregivers who share similar experiences and concerns. These interactions offer valuable insights, resources, and solidarity, helping you navigate challenges more effectively.
  2. Amplify your voice. By sharing your experiences, concerns, and ideas at the meeting, you actively contribute to shaping the policies and decisions that affect our school community. Your perspective enriches the dialogue and ensures diverse voices are heard and considered.
  3. Discover vital resources. PTO meetings will help you stay informed about student supports and family resources available through our school. Meetings offer insights directly from our administration, helping you learn about and access assistance and guidance your child may need to thrive academically and personally.
  4. Lead by example. Your commitment to attending the PTO meeting serves as a powerful demonstration of the value you place on education. By prioritizing engagement in our school community, you set a compelling example for your child, reinforcing the importance of active participation and lifelong learning.

When we come together, we help create a supportive, thriving school environment that nurtures every student's potential. But only if all our voices are at the table. (Or on the zoom!)

Non-PTO members may only attend EB meetings with the approval of the board. If you are not a member of the PTO and would like to attend, please contact our PTO president or parliamentarian.
